Comment:  I agree with you. a year ago sdt was rivaling gphi because of their handful of beauties and overall nice, chill personalities, but their situation goes to show that a phc sorority really can't survive without a house on the row. last I heard lots of their girls were deactivating and their newer girls are sort of.... lacking (for lack of a better word).
