Comment:  Pretty obvious that DKE and Phi Gam are in the top 4 along with Beta and Phi Delt. Not really any competition with that. Phi Gam has some solid parties and really good guys who actually like each other. Not that involved, but come on, its a social fraternity and they're definitely social.
