Comment:  Practically shut down. The frat itself is not allowed to have alcohol on property. They used to rage at a liveout called Waffle House but supposedly they lost that to Phi Delts. Those at the top fall the hardest... That's what's happening to Pikes right now. Definitely look around at other houses first.
