Comment:  I'm also wondering about the negative comments. I have a few really close friends in this house including the chapter President, and I get along with and am respected by the others that I don't know as well. They've been on sober probation for a while so they haven't been able to party for the past few semesters, but when they did throw parties it was almost always a success. Rumor has it is they are getting off of Sob-Pro this summer. They hit a bad streak but they'll come back strong this fall
