Comment:  Out with the old, in with the not so new! Phi delt has been around on the Davis campus for longer than any other fraternity. They just rebuild their house and it will be the #1 place to rage and to live in. They know how to party, they know how to treat women, and they know how to recruit solid guys. Top house next year hands down, and watch out because they will dethrone pike, theta xi, and even sigma chi and sigep.
