Comment:  I miss Phi Kap. They had fun parties and were very welcoming. They weren't allowed to participate in formal recruitment for three years, which affected their membership and involvement on campus. Other Greeks didn't like them because they weren't fratty, but others saw them for what they were - a close-knit group of brothers who liked to have a good time.
