Comment:  okay, so some of the stuff on here is kind of mean. Now the lack of a pledge process has hurt SipEp in certain categories (ie. sentimental stuff like tradition and getting to know the brothers). That is only one semester of school though, so maybe not the greatest of problems. As far as personality of the guys go, the older guys i really like. Some new ones are ehhhh, but i don't think sigEp will fall back much.
