Comment:  To the poster below...Do you even know the guys? My friends and I love Phi Delt because we can actually have an intelligent conversation with them. They are some of the nicest guys on campus and they have an amazing brotherhood. Some of the houses you mentioned as top on campus are some of the rudest guys on campus. That's just not my thing.
