Comment:  Phi Sig seems to be the most well rounded and traditional of the sororities. All of the women I know (older sisters anyway) are very nice, philanthropic, pretty, and know how to have fun. They embody the positives of Greek Life which many of the chapters (both Fraternities and Sororities) at Rutgers still need to work on.
