Comment:  A newer group that was founded on a very strong footing but has lost the leadership and ability to recruit quality men because of the lack of a true identity. Most of the members are quality individuals, but there are a select few that do a poor job representing the organization. They have the ability to bounce back strong, but need to work hard because of the competition they have coming from the other fraternities. Alumni tend to be more visible than undergrads, which can be good and bad.
