Comment:  This is an organization that has slowly made its mark as an elite group. In the past there were struggles with recruitment, however, the leadership helped create a paradigm shift that pushed them to all new levels. One of the most active and thoughtful groups around. Phi Sigma Sigma needs to keep the pedal to the metal in order to remain where they are. Their hard work has paid off, but becoming comfortable where they are will lead back to where they were in the past.
