Comment:  They seem fairly under the radar and I don't understand their brotherhood. They hardly seem to be with each other and it's like a unicorn siting to see one of them proudly wearing their letters. Some of them are nice, but there's a reason people call them the Phi Tools. Better than KA, but that's saying absolutely nothing.
