Comment:  These guys are not frat at all but if you're looking for dudes to do nothing but chill and smoke weed with then they are perfect. They have a house but still nobody knows about them. I've never heard of a girl or guy mention a crazy Phi Delt party either. I'm not going to get into details but they have a very diverse house which could be looked at as a positive or negative depending on who you are.
