Comment:  Theta Chi is looked down upon by a lot of the other fraternities on campus because they play rugby and don't rock vineyard vines 24-7 but they are some chill dudes. Most of the bad reputation is just bitter rumors. They used to be the gateway to frat circle back in the day and they are on their way to reclaim that spot.
