Comment:  They are rated as a "Bottom Tier" due to the fact they are no longer a chapter on campus for 2 years. This is because of their drunk choices and now they have to live with them. (Rolling up on the largest house on campus with only 20 guys wanting to fight not the best idea) They do have some guys who are cool to talk and can hold a conversation, but about 99% of them will only say what it takes to get in a girls pants. Then telling her to get out the next morning. They are on the fall now.
