Comment:  Anyone who thinks the Pi Phi is top tier clearly has some issues. Yes they were top tier in the past, but after their fall 2010 pledge class they went down hill from there. They simply don't have the girls in their chapter to recruit like they used to. I would say Pi Phi is bottom tier right ahead of DZ.
