Comment:  This email has gotten way to much attention. I was reading it at work with some coworkers who are also greek. (Sigma Chi, Sig Ep, Chi Omega, and Alpha Phi all from different schools.)We all had a good laugh because we all had similar situations in our chapters as undergraduates. Yes, it lacked tact and shouldn't have been sent. I can think of many times where stuff like this was said in my Chapter behind close doors. Its unfortunate this couldn't have been handled in house and that she resigned.
