Comment:  Most sororities have very similar girls due to the recruitment system, it all depends on how it is run. Phi Sig is known to be classy and well-organized. In the past few years, though, they have shown less of this than normal. Still a well-run organization, but cares more about winning Greek Week or looking good to others than actually doing good things.
