Comment:  Phi Beta Sigma, Xi Delta Chapter at the University of Oklahoma, has grown from the shadows of the NPHC (National Pan-Hellenic Conference) to become not just a known as a "Black" Fraternity, but a Fraternity PERIOD. In the Years 2006-2009 they worked with multiple top "White" Fraternities and Sororities, aka the IFC and Pan-Hellenic Council, and with Phi Beta Sigma actually LEADING the Organizations they worked with then, they actually became the 1st Black Fraternity to win Homecoming at OU.
