Comment:  I think that Tri Delt has slipped, the girls are always very pretty (and usually blonde), but they do not participate in anything on campus. They are nice but very preppy. However, because they do not participate in any philanthropy events, I think they will fall down to a bottom tier in the next few years if they do not step it up as a chapter.
