Comment:  Top Tier! not one fraternity other than pi kapp has had crazier parties. Sigma chi has a nice house...but its small and more of a bar than a party house. Delta chi... only has one house. Kappa sig, those guys are dope, but goodbye to y'all in the next year or so. The only thing I would like to see more of from PiKapp is involvement on campus.
