Comment:  Realistically this is undoubtedly a top-tier fraternity, but probably won't be in a few years. Their past few pledge classes have been subpar to say the least, and being out of IFC and hence no pregame partners is going to hurt. Still one of the top 3, but mostly because of tradition.
