Comment:  So much self ranking it's just not even funny. They are typically nice girls, but just such a small handful of attractive ones that it's hard to take them seriously. Their improvement has to start with recruitment. Every year I see them bid girls that should not recieve a one. Please stop bidding girls that are absolute suicide for your sororities image. Not a "bad" sorority, but not attractive. Forget your quota on rush. Quality over quantity girls. Keep that in mind.
