Comment:  Pi Kapp is average for me because they have the potential to become something way better than they are right now, but they're remaining stagnant. They seem inconsistent with the guys they select, they should get more involved, and be a bit more friendly on campus. They seem to have pretty tight brotherhood so that's a good start.
