Comment:  It's hard to say that Phi Mu is bottom tier because they are still brand new on campus, so it's default basically. I see a lot of potential in these ladies and it will be exciting to see what happens with recruitment. They have all that it takes to work it to the top, it's just a matter of if they truly want to do the work. A lot of the girls are really pretty and fun to hang out with, some are kind of questionable... but that comes with every group on campus I feel. Good luck w/ PC'13 <3
