Comment:  I think it's safe to say that SigPi is officially on the decline. I hear the new SigChi brothers sharing there Formal stories, the Phi Psi guys & SigEp guys ramping up on Philanthropy and other events; I even heard that the PhiDelts are installing this year sometime in May. If SigPi doesn't do something soon, ... "Dust in the Wind."
