Comment:  Kappas in general are great girls. They are the direct competitors of Theta during recruitment (and maybe ADPi this year), and tend not to attract the kinds of girls that automatically want DG or APhi (which most would agree is a good thing). However, their retention rate is not good. Especially with the most recent exec, the older girls have apparently been catty and downright cruel. Also, sisterhood is not great- I've heard most of the older girls don't know the younger girl's names.
