Comment:  To all incoming-This house has a very strong history at TCU and are always top in grades. However, they are so dirty during rush that you would be wise to steer clear! They also seem extremely to themselves and think they are above all others. This is why if the truth is told they should not be considered top tier. They have so much going for them that it is a shame they insist on continuing these self destructive practices.
