Comment:  @DUUUU DZ won the most awards out of any chapter, including the most prestigious "Chapter of Excellence" at Greek Awards this year. How is that being "perceived" at top or middle"? Clearly, DZ is doing something good if they are recognized for that. And you're used the "self-rank" card. Hello... everyone obviously self-ranks. From what I see, other chapters do it more. As I can tell by the several 5/5s & higher amounts of total ratings. You call it self-ranking, I call it sticking up for DZ.
