Comment:  The ratings on here are a joke (KD top house?), I'm in a frat and can tell you that Theta is top and well respected among the row and the guys. These girls might have had a weak sophomore class (mixed bag of girls that are social and are not), but the rest of the years including the freshmen are great. I definitely think Theta.
