Comment:  I'm about to enter my third year at WSU and I've always known SAEs to be nice, personable, and very fun to hang out with. Their popularity is definitely at the top and I regularly hear about good parties at their house. In addition, they're one of the few larger houses that my fraternity has had biads with who hasn't had members try and fight my members; they definitely have manners.
