Comment:  If you count AXO as top tier, you sort of have to count PiPhi as the same. In popularity, they are #4 and #5---people always argue about which is which. Personally, I think AXO edges them out because of classiness and humility, but that's just me. PiPhis are generally the cute, fun girls who LOVE to party.
