Comment:  I'm a sophomore who plans on rushing this year. I've had a year to evaluate the sororities here. From what I've seen, Chi O is one of the best. You see their sisters out together all the time having fun together. The ones that I know from my dorm that pledged this year are all great girls. They have a great sisterhood. If they aren't top tier, I don't know who is?
