Comment:  Stop self ranking and being bitter about not getting top all round sorority. Seems like you're dropping in ranks and popularity since you are struggling to meet numbers during recruitment. Also, your pledge class this year wasn't that great and with a lot of your athletic, involved, and outgoing girls graduating, it won't get any better sooner.
