Comment:  They have some good looking guys who could be in the top tier fraternities that seem to be changing the culture of the org. They are becoming larger, more organized, and more involved on campus. The only reason they get a A in social life even though they aren't very social is because they look like they are having a lot of fun, and because of their rare yet raunchy 300 people parties.
