Comment:  Other chapters will always claim AOII is bottom tier. In reality, while they may not be the most popular, their sisterhood and the bonds they have are probably strongest out of all sororities. They'll be talked about as "bottom tier" simply because other chapters need someone to hate and look down upon, not because they deserve it.
