Comment:  They have climbed their way up to a middle tier house for sure. If they keep it up they will be a top tier in 2 yrs. Glad to see them doing so well an their house is one of the nicest looking on campus. Great group of guys and they through some awesome parties. Looking forwar to see their deck with ΦΜ this fall. Frat on gentlemen!
