Comment:  Kappa Sig is top house, no question. These girls are down to rage and have so much substance. First year on campus and already a top house means that this is the place to be, nowhere to go but up. They have the sickest exchanges and they're working on getting the Chi-O house also. Check them out dudes, because unless you're a 10, they aren't checking you out.
