Comment:  Definitely the best fraternity at Valpo. Phi Psis have a great reputation on campus and are involved in numerous activities outside of Greek life, from SALT to choir to PRSSA. On the surface, some of them may seem "fratty," but they're actually really nice and a lot of fun to hang out with.
