Comment:  Have made improvements the past few years but have a ways to go, this last pledge class could do them in, really wild group, need to clear the smoke if you know what I mean! they rank at the bottom of the top six so puts them in as a middle tier....tone it down,things will be catching up to you and it might not be so good for the group as a whole.
