Comment:  This is a "low end of the mid tier" fraternity. Guys are ok. Parties are ok. Not sure of what all they really do. The new house last year hasn't made these guys any more appealing, but they've held their spot and not gotten worse either. Not an awful group of guys, just underwhelming I guess. They're the guys we party with if something better isn't going on.
