Comment:  The house has obviously been building for the past three or so year, but they have made a huge jump this year! Our babies beg us to plan things with Pike before houses like Theta Chi and Beta. Parties are awesome and the guys are getting a lot hotter. Definitely on track to be top 5 in the next 2 years or so.
