Comment:  they are starting to get better as a whole, it will be interesting to see where they are in a few years. their pledge classes are getting prettier on average and seem to be trying to be more selective, even when they did spring recruitment they only took 6 girls when they had like 13 spots and 20ish girls came to their events.
