Comment:  Phi Mu wants so badly to be top tier but they aren't. They are a good strong group but not a top 3 at MSU. They are VERY much improved from 2010/2011 but they had a long way to go. They win some competitions but don't have as much involvement in non Greek organizations as other groups.
