Comment:  Top tier house but lowest in grades. PiPhis are not the smartest tools in the shed. Mostly all blondes and all very attractive girls. Frats love mixing with them but PiPhis do have the reputation of being a little too easy. Despite being a top house, the girls are very sweet. PiPhis likes to party no secret about that. Last few pledge classes have brought in some heavier girls but actives just put them on a diet. Indisputable 3rd house behind Kappa and Theta.
