Comment:  Places a lot of value on grades, but I also know some XO's with crap grades that are really dumb. They do always have #1 GPA as a chapter though. XO is known for keeping girls in rush and telling them they want them then cutting them. Even legacies. I know 4 girls this has happened to. Definitely a great chapter full of good girls with the good reps from high school, but ties to XO or girls in the house won't count for much when it comes down to it. They take who they want.
