Comment:  With a brand new house, their involvement, and now that Sigep is gone, and the majority of their PC12 became some of Theta Chi's spring pledges. Theta Chi will replace them in top tier. Not extremely hot like Sigep was, but they are still really cute guys that know how to have fun and treat a lady.
