Comment:  pi phi confuses me. they're bottom tier but i'm not quite sure why. i feel like it's because someone has to be and they're the easiest to pinpoint cus they're not try hards about outdoing other sororities. they've had some solid hotties in the past two pledge classes, especially last year's, and they all really like each other so eh whatever, do you. i'd mix with them. i actually can't think of anything bad to say.
