Comment:  The only reason they are middle tier right now is because they do not have their house. Think about it this way, DG said yes to them for spring fling over delt and delt has a house. As of right now the only fraternities that I can put above them is Fiji and SAE because they are easily the same tier as PIKE and sigma chi is about to drop off the face of u of a next year without a house. these boys are great and things are only looking up for them. Top Tier once they get their house back. EASY
