Comment:  Who is Theta Chi? I get that they're building a new house (eerily similar to ATOs house btw) but they're trying entirely too hard to move up socially. They had a spring pledge class in excess of 30 boys and none of them are alike at all. Any boy who is rushing Theta Chi will probably get a bid because they're desperate to pay off their house. Also heard that they allowed Sig Eps that were thrown off campus to accept bids and become initiated without pledging. SAE, ATO & others would never
